Electrolyte powder with vitamin B complex – This electrolyte complex powder contains 30 bags of sugar-free electrolytes with 6 vitamins and 3 minerals such as vitamin C, B1, B3, B5, B9, vitamin B12, magnesium, potassium and sodium. Each bag contains 1000 mg sodium, 250 mg vitamin C, 200 mg potassium, 80 mg magnesium, 50 mg vitamin B5, 50 mg vitamin B3, 0.6 mg vitamin B1, 200 mcg vitamin B9 and 2.5 mcg vitamin B12. Electrolytes without sugar complex is vegan and vegetarian.
Electrolyte drink without sugar with vitamins – According to EFSA, vitamin C helps reduce fatigue and fatigue. Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
