The big speciality: Washable carpet!

The rugs in this collection are machine washable at a maximum of 30 degrees on a gentle cycle. We recommend only washing your rug every few years, otherwise it could lose its soft texture. Make sure you find a suitable place to dry it afterwards.

The colours of the actual product may vary slightly due to the lighting conditions during photography and different monitors. Size deviations of 2-3 % are also common due to production reasons.

New carpets can have a chemical odour, which is caused by the packaging in plastic film and quickly disappears in well-ventilated rooms.

Yes, the carpets are suitable for use on floors with underfloor heating up to 24 degrees and are not damaged by this.

We recommend rolling up the carpets the other way round and standing them on end for two to three days. You can also place something heavy on the corners for a few days.

How does the complaint process work?

After you have submitted a return request to Amazon, it will be processed by us personally and you will receive a pre-paid GLS return label from us. Please only use this for a free return shipment.
